Finding contentment and gratitude in what we already have
breath, smile, laugh, inhale, move exhale, love

Each week I’ll share personal stories, insights, and tips on healthy food, movement, intuition, and growth—always with a touch of spirituality. My path has been anything but straight, shaped by family, friends, gratitude, and love, and I hope my experiences resonate with you. As a trained Holistic Health Coach and passionate foodie, I love all things clean, organic, and nourishing—and I’m excited to share that passion with you.
Let’s Dive In…
If I see one more Black Friday sale or another article on New Year’s resolutions—or the “top 10 ways to survive the holidays”—I may actually throw my computer in the garbage. Honestly… isn’t it a lot? The consumerism, the constant emails, the texts, the pressure to buy-buy-buy.
Thank you, but I’m keeping my wallet right where it is. I’ll buy what I truly need, when I need it, and if it happens to be on sale, great. But I’m not letting myself get pushed around by hundreds of aggressive emails.
Yes, the holidays are stressful. We all know that. And we all have our own ways of managing. If I need advice, I’ll reach out to a friend, my husband, or my daughters. The endless “just meditate/exercise/organize!” emails feel more overwhelming than helpful—yet another list of things to do.
And while we’re at it, can we talk about New Year’s resolutions? Why January 1st? Most of us are tired, maybe a little hungover, and the idea of big change feels like too much.
So today, I’m choosing less.
Not starting anything new.
Not buying anything new.
Not giving advice.
Just … less.
For the last couple of months, I’ve been percolating on my 2026 plans. Should I start a second Substack? Create new cooking classes? Start coaching again? Blah blah blah. But writing this made one thing very clear: what I really need and want is to simplify.
Less, not more.
Quiet, not noise.
Relaxing, not running.
More reading, more cooking, more walking.
So this will be my last Substack of 2025.
It’s been an incredibly full year—finishing my first cookbook and writing 45 Substack posts. WOW. What I need right now is to sit back and celebrate. To acknowledge what I’ve created instead of jumping straight into the next hundred things on my list.
The truth is, I’m tired. Stretched a little thin. Ready for a break. So I’m going to pull out my Kindle, recharge my own battery, sit on my beautiful patio on the beautiful new furniture, sip my delicious Brodo bone broth in a special mug, and read. That is my to-do list for the rest of 2025.
I’m wishing you a beautiful holiday—one filled with peace, calm, love, and laughter. I’ll be back on 1/6/26 with updates about my book launch and more juicy insights on women and wellness.
Thank you for being here.
Much love and deep gratitude for your time and attention. ❤️
